Bedale
The old Georgian market town of Bedale is approximately 2 miles away with a fantastic range of independent shops, pubs, and cafes.
Bedale has a variety of different attractions and conveniences available.
Thirsk
Located 11.5 miles away from Osprey Meadow is another historic market town, famous for its racecourse, 15th Century Church, and Thomas Lord. Thirsk is the “Darrowby” of the late James Herriot (Alf Wright), famous vet and author, and is the heart of “Herriot Country”.
Masham
Located 8.3 miles from Osprey Meadow is the vibrant and friendly market town of Masham, which boasts bi-weekly markets and monthly farmers markets.
Northallerton
Located 11.4 miles from Osprey Meadow is the larger market town of Northallerton which has a bustling high street, which has a mixture of local and national retailers.
