What is the Polar Express Train Ride?
The train Ride is a captivating and theatrical journey that recreates the story of the 2004 film, delighting kids and adults alike! The tale unfolds through enchanting music, captivating storytelling, and cheerful singing chefs. And o the larger-than-life conductor character? Passengers enjoy steaming mugs of hot chocolate and relish delicious cookies as they eagerly await the arrival of Santa himself.
Where is the Polar Express Train Ride?
This enchanting journey begins and concludes at Leeming Bar station. As the grand steam train makes its dramatic entrance, pulling into the station, the adventure truly begins with the conductor’s joyful cry of “All Aboard!” Parking at the station is limited, but rest assured there is a convenient park-and-ride option available for all passengers, complete with disabled access. How long does the train ride last?
The Polar Express Train Ride provides approximately one hour of pure enchantment. However, the station also features a delightful gift shop and other attractions, so you may choose to allocate extra time

Farriers Cottage is an ideal holiday cottage for friends or family to get together. Overlooking our garden courtyard, Farriers Cottage is a great place to spend some time relaxing amongst the tranquil countryside. This ground-floor, single story cottage provides a fantastic base from which to head out and explore the local area.
Granary Cottage
Granary Cottage is a spacious and bright holiday cottage comprising of three bedrooms, two living spaces with a bathroom on each floor. Sleeping up to seven people, the cottage is fantastic for larger families or groups wanting to explore the North Yorkshire Dales, and is an ideal base for walking, cycling, or other outdoor pursuits.
Miller's Cottage
Millers Cottage is a fabulously quirky upside down detached holiday cottage. With a patio to the side and a private garden looking out over the fields, the cottage is a popular choice with families looking for a spacious accommodation. With a large, beamed living room and dining kitchen upstairs, and two good sized bedrooms downstairs, you have plenty of space to relax.
